Overview
On January 26th, we will be gathering church leaders for teaching, fellowship, and prayer.
The meeting will begin at 10:00 am and will conclude at 2:00 pm.
Several church leaders including Scott Brown, Chris Law, Gary Powers, David Feddes, Michael Johnson, Kirk Smith, and others will be delivering messages.

Speakers
Scott T. Brown is the president of Church and Family Life and pastor at Hope Baptist Church in Wake Forest, North Carolina. Scott graduated from California State University in Fullerton with a degree in History and received a Master of Divinity degree from Talbot School of Theology. He gives most of his time to local pastoral ministry, expository preaching, conferences on church and family reformation. Scott helps people think through the two greatest institutions God has provided — the church and the family.
Kirk Smith is the Executive Director for the Illinois Christian Home Educators (ICHE). As such, his consistent message is the emphasis on home discipleship (particularly father-led) and the fear of the Lord as the source of wisdom and knowledge. Prior to his present position, he founded and pastored a church in Albion, Illinois for twenty-five years. He and his wife, Joely, live on a small farm outside Bone Gap with their eleven children.
Dr. Michael Johnson helped start Gospel Fellowship Church and has served as a pastor there since 2012. In the midst of a career as a pharmacist, God called Michael to pursue pastoral ministry. Before pastoring at GFC, he served in youth ministry for five years in various roles as a volunteer, intern, and associate pastor. He is passionate about making disciples, shepherding, and preaching and teaching God’s word. Michael earned his Masters of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and his Doctor of Pharmacy from North Dakota State University. He went full time with GFC in 2017, yet still practices pharmacy part time. Michael and his wife Sarah have been married since 2004 and they have three children.
Gary Powers is an elder at Geneva Lakes Church, in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, the CEO of Ortho Molecular Products, Inc., one of the fastest growing dietary supplement companies in America, and a leading proponent of Lifestyle Medicine. Besides founding Ortho Molecular Products in 1989, Mr. Powers has recently started several new businesses with his oldest children. Each of these endeavors is centered in the natural products and organic farming industries. Gary and his wife Patti have been married for 27 years and have 10 children.
Chris Law is Pastor at Geneva Lakes Church in Lake Geneva, WI. He is a graduate of The Master’s College and Southern California Seminary. He has a passion for the local church and equipping them "for the work of ministry" (Eph. 4:12) through the expository teaching of God's Word and building up men to lead in their churches, marriages, and homes. He and his wife Jennifer have six children
David Feddes and his wife, Wendy, are home educators of their eight children, ages 11-30, and grandparents of four little ones. David is co-founder and pastor of Family of Faith, a home discipleship church in Monee, Illinois. He also serves as Provost of Christian Leaders Institute, which provides online ministry training for thousands of people in more than 160 countries. Formerly he hosted the international Back to God radio broadcast and directed the Center for Advanced Studies at Crossroad Bible Institute. David received his Ph.D. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and has authored six books, including Spiritual Warfare and Wondering: Christianity for Questioners.
