Church Leaders Luncheon - Davenport, Iowa
  • Overview

One of my hopes for 2015 is that pastors in a region who embrace the sufficiency of Scripture will begin to know each other better and in turn work together to advance the kingdom of heaven in their communities.

To that end, the NCFIC would like to invite you to a luncheon for prayer, mutual encouragement, fellowship, and exhortation to be held on April 24th.

Please consider joining us. The cost for registration is $5.00, and lunch is provided.

If you are interested but the distance is simply too far for you, contact our Regional FacilitatorKirk Smith and he may be able to arrange a meeting closer to you.

If you are planning to come, please register below, or if you have any difficulty with registration, you can simply email Kirk Smith [email protected]. Any of the other officers of your church are also very welcome to attend, so please feel free to invite them, but if that is the case, please make sure they also register.

May the Lord bless you in His labors, and I hope to see you there.

    Scott Brown

Scott T. Brown is the president of Church and Family Life and pastor at Hope Baptist Church in Wake Forest, North Carolina. Scott graduated from California State University in Fullerton with a degree in History and received a Master of Divinity degree from Talbot School of Theology. He gives most of his time to local pastoral ministry, expository preaching, conferences on church and family reformation. Scott helps people think through the two greatest institutions God has provided — the church and the family.

    Kirk Smith

Kirk Smith is the Executive Director for the Illinois Christian Home Educators (ICHE). As such, his consistent message is the emphasis on home discipleship (particularly father-led) and the fear of the Lord as the source of wisdom and knowledge. Prior to his present position, he founded and pastored a church in Albion, Illinois for twenty-five years. He and his wife, Joely, live on a small farm outside Bone Gap with their eleven children.
